The Welsh Society, of Philadelphia has a rich history reaching back to 1729. Today we act a a cultural, social, and historical society for Welsh-Americans and all others interested in Welsh and Welsh-American culture.

This group is for people who want to learn Irish or improve their Irish using a combination of lessons I create, children's books and traditional textbooks. The lessons will be loosely based on the book and CD set, Colloquial Irish: The Complete Course for Beginners (NY: Routledge, 2008, ISBN-13 978-0-415-38130-7). I am a new Irish traditional music player (I play the fiddle and the concertina). I'm still new to both instruments having only been playing the fiddle for about a year and the concertina for about 2 years and I'm trying to find people in the greater Trenton area that are in the same situation.
