I am setting the RSVP deadline for Thursday so we can give them an idea of how many people will be coming and hopefully they'll be able to section off an area for us. They have said that Friday night is the busiest time for them.

If you RSVP Yes, please be sure that you show up! We have to give restaurants a count of expected attendees, and they don't like it when we have a bunch of no-shows. We will have a waiting list if this event fills up, so if your plans change and you can't make it please change your RSVP to a No so the next person on the waiting list can come instead. Thank you!
