Folks,
One of our members kindly posted a disturbing item of news regarding Fiddler's Hearth's closing. Can anyone confirm or deny? I tried to call the pub but the line is forwarded to Kate's cell phone. No answer.

If this sad news is confirmed, we need a new pub. Suggestions?

I also called and left a message. I hope to get a reply. I'm hopeful that this isn't the last we'll hear of the Hearth. Mother Egan's is great. And The Gingerman is in a new building, although it's nto a strictly Celtic pub.

Are we meeting inside or out? They have longer tables outside....depends how many come.
